Our exploration projects in Poland are led by a Polish team of highly qualified professionals, working in liaison with representatives of the Electrum Group with long-standing international experience. This allows us to work in accordance with relevant regulations and standards applicable in Poland and internationally.
Anna Keller-Sikora
President of the Management Board
A graduate of the University of Wrocław with a specialization in exploration geology. She is the General Manager of both Amarante and Śląsko-Krakowska Kompania Górnictwa Metali Sp. z o.o. (SKKGM), involved with SKKGM since 2007, appointed as Member of the Management Board of SKKGM in 2011, and in December 2014 took the lead as President of the Management Board at both the Polish subsidiaries.
In 2014-2016 and again since 2019, she has been Vice-President of the Polish Association of Mining Industry Employers.
Damian Czaja
Vice-President of the Management Board
Damian Czaja graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology, and the Kraków University of Economics. He works as Exploration Manager at Amarante and SKKGM, also serving as Vice-President of both companies, boasting over 15 years of experience in the geological sector. As part of his professional career, he has participated in over 20 exploration projects in Poland and Australia. In 2016-2018, he was Vice-President of the Polish Association of Mining Industry Employers, where he currently serves as Member of the Supervisory Board. He is Member of the Polish Association for Mineral Deposits Valuation.
Jakub Czober
Member of the Management Board
Jakub Czober holds a degree in mining and geology, specializing in geology and reservoir prospecting, from the AGH University of Science and Technology, Kraków, Poland. He has over 10 years’ experience in metal ore exploration, which he has gained by working on various projects in Poland, Asia and Australia. Since 2014, he has served as Member of the Management Board at Amarante and SKKGM.
